1. Can you supply my new IBM hardware with licenses?

Yes, as an IBM Business Partner, we can supply new IBM hardware with licenses from across the IBM platform. Through partners within the UK, we can also supply other vendor offerings new with licenses. Please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to assist.

2. Can I add new hardware to my existing infrastructure?

In many cases, new hardware can work alongside and complement existing IT infrastructure. This can minimise downtime migrating to a totally new system whilst maximising customers’ current investments. For example, we have customers that have implemented IBM Storwize V7000 solutions alongside their existing IBM storage to great effect.

3. Can you handle our whole IT Project

Yes, we pride ourselves on being able to manage complete IT Projects and cover most aspects of IT requirements. Please contact your sales contact for further information.

4. How do you dispose of our redundant IT Hardware?

Through our Brokerage team, we have the ability to re-market and re-deploy used equipment around the world. We take on all aspects from secure data erasure of hard drives, to recycling equipment which can no longer be re-used. In some instances, we can offer to buy your old equipment and off-set this against any purchase of new equipment. We can also provide secure scrapping should you wish for your redundant IT to be disposed of immediately

5. Can you help with finance?

Yes we can offer IGF Finance options on new hardware. Please contact a member of our sales team for further options and illustrations.

6. How quickly can you implement the new hardware?

We will work with you to implement new hardware systems when you want them. We have a dedicated logistics team to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times can be from emergency same day shipments to 4 week lead time depending on the equipment required.

7. Can you provide technical support?

We have an engineering team who can offer technical support to our customers. All services and offerings are tailored to meet our customers specific requirements.

8. Do you cover the entire UK

Yes, we cover the whole of the UK.

9. Can you help with my Data Centre move?

Yes, we have a dedicated logistics team who organise transport using computer specified vehicles to move equipment internationally along with experienced engineers to de-install and install equipment safely and efficiently.

10. Our budget is tight, what are my options?

In some cases where budgets are tight, we have the opportunity to offer fully tested (and even IBM Certified) used withdrawn and current equipment through our brokerage team. Please call your Account Manager for further information.

11. I have multiple sites globally, can you support all?

We are experienced with international trade so we can certainly help with international requirements.
